All our bags are bespoke made. The Birch bag can be made with the following guidelines in mind.Width + Gusset = 460mm with a maximum height of 640mm. |
| Print Options: |
The world is your oyster! Print your bags in CMYK or Pantone colours to match your design requirements and corporate guidelines. Pantone colours are advised for large flat print areas. |
| Print Positions: |
Our bags start life as a flat sheet of paper which is then printed before being constructed by hand. This gives you the oportunity to print anywhere you desire. Front and back, gussets, turnover tops, inside the bag as well as on the bottom of the bag. |
| Laminations: |
Bags can be finished off with a Gloss or Matt finish. |
| Handles: |
Rope handles come in polypropylene or cotton depending on colour and availability. It is important that rope colour is specified when ordering as special colours might have to be produced to match your request and this can impact production schedules. We also offer ribbon handles or punched out handles. |
| Finishing touches: |
Why not consider adding a little extra funk to your bags. UV spot varnish, foil printing, embossing, ribbon handles or ties.
